NorthWestLex Magazine is a monthly printed, full color magazine, focused on the north west corridor of Lexington, Fayette County, Kentucky.

Our area of distribution will encompass, Leestown Road from the viaduct at West Main to coummunities and suburbs in Masterson Station, Leesway, McConnells Trace, Green Dale, The Colony, and all points west.

Other areas we will distribute include, Georgetown Street from New Circle, going to St. Martin's, Oakwood and Oakwood Estates, the Highlands, to memntion just a few.

Continuing on, there is also Versailles Road, and communities from West High going toward Keenland and the airport.

We will also distrubite to the Newtown Road area, with many communities nestled on Spurr Road, and Citation Blvd.

There are many communities that we have yet to name, such as The Crossings, Garden Meadows, The Glens, Parkside at Masterson Station, Meadowthorpe, Creekside, The Saddle Club, SpiceWood, and many more.

There are approximately 18,000 homes and apartments in our target area, and these have an 80-to-90 percent occupancy rate.

The North West section of Lexington is in a consistent state of growth. There are many working families, who are employed in Lexington's light industry sector. This areas is also seeing a large influx of home-schoolers, so having the NorthWestLex Magazine delivered to their doorstep every month is going to be a great way for your business to stay on their mind when they need to buy.
